Chess7 Academy is committed to providing high-quality chess coaching services. We understand that circumstances may arise which require students to cancel their enrollment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our coaching programs.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by contacting our support team at academy@chess7.com. Cancellations made within a specified period may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.
- Cancellation by Chess7 Academy: Chess7 Academy reserves the right to cancel any class or program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refunds: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 3 days before the start of the first class of the batch.
- Partial Refunds: If a student cancels their enrollment within 10 after the first class has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be prorated based on the number of classes attended and the total cost of the program.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made after 15 days from the start of the program.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, students must submit a written request to academy@chess7.com. The request should include the student’s name, enrollment ID, and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the request.
5. Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or other significant life events, Chess7 Academy may offer more flexible refund options. Students should contact our support team to discuss their situation.
